Jared P. Giesbrecht
J.D., PHD
Jared was born and raised in the Fort St. John area. He earned a degree in theology, a degree in philosophy, a law degree at Queen’s University, and a PhD in law at the University of Victoria.
His practice is primarily focused on commercial, real estate, and corporate law. He has a practical, no-nonsense approach to law that serves his clients well.

Laura R. A. Tesar

Her practice is primarily focused on real estate, wills and estate planning, powers of attorney, advance health care planning, estate administration, committeeship applications, uncontested divorces and adoptions.
Gordon W. Gentles
B. Comm, LLB
His years of solicitor’s practice has focused primarily on corporate and commercial law as well as wills, estates and other matters.
Gordon enjoys all the region has to offer and has participated and volunteered in various community organizations, including the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation.
Ryland A. Petrick
J.D., Bilingual B. Comm.
Ryland Petrick was born and raised in the Peace River region. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Alberta, and his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan. He became proficient in French during his University studies through the completion of half of his bachelor’s degree in French, and French exchange during law school.
He has litigation experience from his time articling and working with the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service and looks forward to applying this courtroom experience to his practice of law.
Ryland enjoys all the outdoor recreation opportunities that the Peace Region has to offer and is proud to call it home.
